Transformers

When designing a lighting system, the planner must co-ordinate the task of illumination with the technical requirements whilst adhering to the current status of standards and guidelines involved (VDE, EN).

Only careful planning gives rise to convincing modern lighting concepts. Many factors have to be taken into account to create a safe, visually attractive and technically unproblematic installation. Lamp ratings of 35 watts today are comparable with yesterday's 50 watts ratings. Also smaller designer transformers can be placed on or near the track without creating illumination problems. In addition electronic transformers are usable with system-lengths of over
2 metres.
