Remarks to external Links listed on the BRUCK pages:
With judgement of 12 May 1998 the Landgericht (Superior Court) in Hamburg has decided that by listing a Link the responsibility for the content of same must be assumed, should the occasion arise. According to the Hamburg Court this can only be avoided by expressly disassociating from the content of the pages linked.
For all pages of those Links shown on the BRUCK pages the following is therefor valid:
We expressly declare that we have no influence whatsoever upon the make-up and the content of pages of external Links. We therefor expressly disassociate ourselves from all contents of those pages that are possibly unlawful or immoral. The authors, rep. the distributors, of pages of external Links are solely responsible for the contents of those pages. This declaration is valid for all Links indicated on our domains and for the content of all pages associated with Links.
